Common Ground is a nonprofit organization that brings people together across differences to build meaningful relationships, engage in open dialogue, and create initiatives that strengthen the well-being of the Fox Cities.

Receipt of an EIN does not, by itself, mean an organization is recognized as tax-exempt. Donors should consult Common Ground directly and/or their own tax advisor regarding deductibility.
4. Memberships and Recurring Payments
The Site may offer annual memberships or sponsorship levels. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the membership terms displayed at checkout, including pricing, benefits, and renewal terms.
If a membership renews automatically, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method on the recurring schedule shown at checkout unless and until you cancel in accordance with the cancellation terms provided at checkout or by contacting us.
Membership fees already paid are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law or approved by us in writing.
We reserve the right to modify membership offerings, pricing, benefits, eligibility, or availability at any time, provided changes will not retroactively alter commitments already accepted unless required for legal, operational, or security reasons.
5. Events, Trainings, and Programs
We may offer workshops, trainings, dialogues, gatherings, and other programs through the Site. Descriptions of these offerings are for general informational purposes only. We reserve the right to change dates, speakers, facilitators, locations, formats, availability, or other program details.
If registration is required, you agree to provide accurate information. Additional event-specific terms may apply and will control if they conflict with these Terms.

If you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, donate, or become a member, you may receive transactional or administrative communications from us, including confirmations, receipts, updates, notices related to your participation, and responses to inquiries.
